Drain Veg-All liquid into pot.
Add chopped onion.

Drain all liquid from vegetables and place all ingredients in a large saucepan or pot and cook until vegetables are tender (usually about 30 minutes on medium heat).
In small saucepan, whisk the water into the tomato paste.
