Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
    1 large onion
    8 oz. cheese, grated
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 medium potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain Veg-All liquid into pot.
    Add chopped onion.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add potatoes; boil until done.
    Drain any excess liquid. Add mixed vegetables, cheese, mayo, sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
    Top with cheese or crushed cracker topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
