Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine sweet potatoes, white potatoes, sausage, carrots, parsnips, turnips, onion, and garlic in a large bowl. Add sage, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Place vegetables in a large roasting pan. Layer bacon across the top.
Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are fork-tender, about 1 hour.

Add veggies, sausage, bacon bits, salt pepper, garlic powder and drizzle the olive oil over the top. Combine ingredietns until well blended.
Cover with foil and bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
Then uncover, add balsamic vinegar and toss veggies.
Bake again uncovered for 10-15 minutes until veggies are cooked to your liking.

Stir in mango chutney and cook another minute.
Serve over rice.
Or you could put the vegetables, pineapple& sausage on skewers, brush with the chutney& broil or grill.
Note: I have also tried this with a chicken & apple sausage with good results.

Put sausage and red onion in a large skillet. Add chicken broth, EVOO, and balsamic vinegar until it comes about half way up the sausages.
Cook over medium high heat until all of the liquid is evaporated. If you like balsamic vinegar you may want to add more to make more of a glaze.
I served with mashed sweet potatoes and put some of the extra glaze on the potatoes like a gravy!

Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook celery, onion and sausage for 6-8 mins, or until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Transfer to a bowl. Add parsley, seasoning mix, chestnuts, cranberries and bread. Whisk together egg and broth then pour over bread mixture and stir to combine. Season. Transfer to prepared pan, cover with foil and bake for 35 mins. Remove foil and bake for another 5 mins.

Place sausage and apple in a large skillet
In a non reactive saucepan, boil down the cider almost to a syrup(about 2-3 T.) Cool and reserve.
Grind the dried apple or chop into small pieces.
Grind chicken through KitchenAid grinder or food processor.
Add the apple cider and remaining ingredient to the ground chicken in a large bowl.
Blend thoroughly with clean hands.
Divide the sausage into 7-8 portions(about 1/2 lb. each) place in freezer bags and freeze for later. May also stuff the sausage into casings if you desire to make 20 links.
