Mug cake recipe: Combine dry ingredients and mix very, very well. Add liquid, stir, then transfer to a little dish, ramekin, or even a coffee mug. Microwave 30-40 seconds. If you don't want to eat it straight out of the dish, be sure to spray your dish first (and then wait for it to cool before trying to remove it).
Add dry ingredients to a coffee mug and mix well.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and vanilla essence, mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minuter at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little and you can tip onto a plate if you want.
Take a coffee mug and add the flour, splenda, brown sugar and baking powder. Mix the ingredients together.
Add the milk and stir. Continue adding more milk and stirring until it looks like cake batter.
Add a handful of blueberries and stir them inches.
Place mug in the microwave.
Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, depending on your microwave's wattage. I sometimes microwave for 1.5 minutes and cake comes out with a nice sauce.

Melt butter, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice in a saucepan.
Spray sides and bottom of a cake pan.
Pour brown sugar mixture into it.
Arrange pineapple rings and cherries on top.
Prepare cake mix according to directions on package, or make your favorite cake recipe and pour over mixture in cake pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let stand to cool a few minutes, then invert onto a plate.
Use your favorite white cake recipe or use 1 white cake mix and bake according to instructions in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Let cool 10 to 15 minutes.
Poke holes in the cake with a toothpick, fork tines, etc.
Prepare favorite white cake recipe or boxed cake mix and divide batter between 1 (8-inch) square pan and 1 (8-inch) round pan.
Bake according to directions.
Remove cakes from pan and cool.
Use any good cake recipe
to make 4 layers.
Bake 2 plain, then add raisins, nut meats, cinnamon and cloves.
When cool stick with filling.
Use a microwaveable coffee mug.

Prepare Cream Cheese Icing by combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk with a fork until smooth, set aside.
Cake:
Combine all ingredients in a mug then whisk together with a fork until combine and nearly smooth. Microwave mixture on high power for 1 minute then check cake for doneness. If it is not fully cooked microwave for an additional 15 seconds.
Serve warm topped with Cream Cheese Icing.
In a large bowl, whisk dry cake mixes together. Store in an airtight container.
To prepare, combine 3 tablespoons cake mix with 2 tablespoons water in microwave safe coffee mug or bowl. Stir fairly well.
