Soak the beans overnight.
The next morning, after I rinse the beans, I just throw everything in the crockpot, put in enough water to come within an inch of the top of the crock and put it on low for 8 hours or as long as 12 hours. This usually works great in my 3.5 qt crockpot. Rethinking this, I realized that everyone doesn't have the same size crockpot that i did, I would suggest adding water to no higher than an inch above the beans.

In a 3-4 qt crockpot, combine the apples, brown sugar & lemon juice; cook on high 3-4 hours.
Mash with a potato masher into the consistency you want; stir in cinnamon & serve warm or cold.
Boil and debone chicken, saving broth.
Set aside.
Mix flour, water and egg to make dough.
Spread on well floured surface and roll out very thin.
Slice into strips.
Bring broth back to boil and drop strips in one at a time.
Add chicken.
Cook about 10 to 15 minutes until dumplings are cooked tender.
You will need to make 2 to 3 recipes of dumplings to full 4-quart pot.
Add water as needed.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add all ingredients (except the mozzarella) to the crockpot as you open or prepare them. You do not need to drain and rinse the beans or the chilies. I used a 3-1/2 quart crockpot which was quite full but you could use a 4-1/2 quart size also.
Cover and cook on low heat for 8-9 hours. Add 2 or 3 uncooked chicken breasts cut in a small dice halfway through the cooking time if you wish.
To serve: Season to taste with salt and pepper if needed. Serve topped with shredded mozzarella cheese if you wish.
Put chicken breasts in greased 2 quart crockpot.
Top with BBQ sauce and applesauce.
Cook on low 6-8 hours (or longer).
Combine all ingredients.
Place in 2 qt casserole dish - sprayed with Pam.
Bake, covered, at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.

Combine the meatballs, onion, brown sugar, soup mix and beer in a 3-1/2 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on LO for 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 hours or until heated through.
To make the sandwiches: Place 6 meatballs on each bun bottom. Sprinkle each sandwich with 1/4 cup cheese. Place on baking sheets. Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Cover each with bun top.
Place chicken breasts or thighs in a 3-1/2 quart crockpot.
In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW heat. The breasts will take about 3-4 hours and the thighs 5-6 hours.
Serve over rice with a green vegetable.
Put all ingredients into a 3-1/2 quart crockpot. Cover.
Cook on LO heat for 4 hours.
Place chicken, soup, and veggies in 2 quart crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Prepare rice according to directions in microwave.
Serve chicken mixture over rice and enjoy!
Combine milk and 2 1/2 quarts bread crumbs; mix until there are no lumps.
Add all ingredients, except cracker crumbs; to milk and crumb mixture; mix well.
Cover container with waxed paper; store in refrigerator to chill well before shaping.
Dip chilled mixture with a number 12 scoop; shape into croquettes.
Roll in crumbs. Fry in deep fat (350\u00b0) until golden brown.
May be baked as a loaf or in 2-ounce patties and grilled on a 375\u00b0 griddle without coating.
Dissolve gelatin in water.
Stir in fruit juices and soda; mix well.
Chill with ice in punch bowl.
Makes about 3 1/2 qt.
Combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer about 2 hours, stirring frequently, until sauce begins to thicken.
Add meat, which is about 1/2-cooked, to sauce at this point and simmer until meat is done.
Yields 2 1/2 gallons.

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Great over rice.
