1. Position a rack in the
fresh pure water all day. Drink 1/2 of your body

Combine apple, cinnamon and diet sweetener.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until tender.
Serve over toasted bread.
Mix together the ketchup, diet cola, vinegar, hot sauce and onions in a large skillet. Add the chicken breasts and bring the sauce to a boil over medium high heat.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 50 minutes, until the chicken is tender enough to split with a fork. The sauce will be reduced by half and quite rich and thick.
Serve each breast with a quarter of the sauce.
Beat diet margarine, egg and vanilla until fluffy. Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, if using. Beat into egg mixture. Stir in fruit and nuts. Dough will be stiff. Drop batter by the teaspoonful
onto a nonstick cookie sheet which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
Dissolve gelatin and salt in lemon juice and cool soda.
Add the boiling soda and stir in fruit.
Chill until set as for jello. Entire amount makes 1 fruit serving.

Beat egg with orange juice, rind, sweetener and vanilla.

Mix reserved flour with the nuts and raisins.

Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Place sliced strawberries in bowl and sprinkle with diet sweetener.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Place lettuce leaf on plate; layer with peach slices and cottage cheese.
Top with strawberries.
Spray Pam in frying pan on medium heat.
Brown chicken on both sides, remove chicken from pan.
Stir diet Coke and ketchup in pan until boiling.
Place chicken in mixture and cook for 30 minutes on medium to low heat.
1ST DAY: Dissolve salt in 1 gallon boiling water.

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Put in frying pan. Mix Coke, catsup and mustard and pour over chicken.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Cube meat into small chunks.
Coat meat with flour and soup mix.
Add rest of ingredients.
Add as much water as you think needed.
Season.
Put in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, then turn down oven to 325\u00b0 or 300\u00b0 and leave in oven for 2 or 3 hours.

Layer lettuce and chopped vegetables, saving enough lettuce for top layer.
Layer the peas and last layer of lettuce.

Add thick layer of Parmesan cheese and refrigerate a day or two. Crumble 1/2 pound of cooked crisp bacon and spread on top.
