Market Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Market Day stew meat
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 pkg. onion-mushroom soup mix
    1 c. Market Day frozen corn
    1 c. Market Day frozen peas
    1 c. Market Day frozen green beans
    3 Market Day potatoes, cubed
    1 c. Market Day frozen carrots
    1 can beef broth
    1 can diced tomatoes
    water as needed
    salt and pepper as needed
Preparation
    Cube meat into small chunks.
    Coat meat with flour and soup mix.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Add as much water as you think needed.
    Season.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, then turn down oven to 325\u00b0 or 300\u00b0 and leave in oven for 2 or 3 hours.
