Mix Ricotta cheese, Parmesan and oregano, then spread over noodles in dish. Spread with 1/3 of the pasta sauce mixture. Top with remaining noodles and sauce mixture. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut into wedges. Makes 6 servings.

Add tomato sauce and next 4 spices; let simmer 5 minutes.

Cover with mixture of cottage cheese, egg and flour, then layer of ground beef. Repeat layers until all used.

Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
