Zucchini Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
4 c. zucchini, sliced
3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or shreds
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread a small amount of the sauce. Layer half the noodles in the dish.
Top with half the zucchini slices, half the sauce and half the Mozzarella cheese in layers. Repeat layers of noodles, sauce and Mozzarella.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
