Zero Points Soup (Weight Watchers)

Add all the ingredients into a large pot or slow-cooker.
Feel free to add any other Zero Points Vegetables (Weight Watchers).
Simmer until Veggies are cooked.
Season to taste.
Note: Depending on my mood I will exchange the Beef broth for Fat-Free Chicken Broth or Fat-Free Vegetable Broth.

Preheat oven to 400*.
Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a bowl.
Add cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper and toss well to coat.
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
Spread cauliflower on sheet and bake until tender, about 10 minutes, stirring once during baking.
Makes about 8 - 1/2 cup servings at zero points.

Smoked Salmon Tartare On Toasted Points

In a small bowl, combine the salmon. onion, capers, and lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
Season with freshly ground black pepper, to taste,.
Combine the sour cream and dill in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
Top each toast points with about 1/2 teaspoon of \"tartare\" and a small dollop of dill sour cream.
Garnish with a pinch of freshly ground pepper.
Arrange on a small platter, garnished with fresh dill sprigs and lemon wedges.

Weight Watchers Mexican-Inspired Zero Points Value Soup

Put sugar snap beans, garlic, zucchini, chopped tomatoes, green chilli, onion, green pepper, cumin, oregano and vegetable into a large soup pot. Puree roasted peppers with chipotle sauce and jalepeno in a blender or food processor, and add to soup.
Cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low, and simmer, partly covered, for about 10 minutes.
Stir in salt, lime juice and coriander.
Serve.

Zero-Points-Value Roasted Green Beans And Fresh Tomato

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0F. Coat a large roasting pan with cooking spray.
Place green beans in a single layer in prepared pan and coat with cooking spray. Roast until desired doneness, stirring once or twice, about 10 to 15 minutes, 25 minutes if using frozen.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt and pepper; set aside.
When green beans are finished, remove from oven and spoon tomato mixture into pan; toss thoroughly. Serve hot, room temperature or chilled. Yields about 1 cup per serving.

Weight Watchers Italian Zero Points Soup

Put escarole, garlic, onions, spinach, zucchini, red pepper, fennel bulb, vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, red pepper flakes, thyme and oregano into a large soup pot; stir to combine.
Cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low, and simmer, partly covered, for about 10 minutes.
Stir in salt, black pepper, parsley and basil. Serve.
Serving Size: about 1 cup.

Minestrone Soup- Zero Points...No Pasta....No Beans

1. Pour one can of petite-cut tomatoes into soup pan with minced garlic and puree this mixuture until it's difficult to see the garlic pieces.
2. Mix in tomato paste.
3. Using a medium ribbon microplane grater or cheese grater, grate onion into soup pan.
3. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 45 minutes. Enjoy!

Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, partly covered, for about 10 minutes.
Stir in salt, lime juice and cilantro. Serve.
Serving Size: about 1 cup.

Weight Watchers Asian-Inspired Zero Points Soup

Put bok choi, Chinese cabbage, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, green onions, red pepper flakes and vegetable stock into a large soup pot.
Cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer, partly covered, for about 10 minutes.
Toss in beansprouts and sugar snap peas during the last 3 to 4 minutes of simmering.
Add soy sauce.
Serve.

Weight Watchers Asian Zero Points Soup

Sprite Zero Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare muffin tins. I always spray the liners with a little PAM.
Mix all 3 ingredients with a mixer for 5 minutes or until mixed.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done.

Frosted

Blend Amarula liqueur and coffee liqueuer with milk (I use the Magic Bullet).
pour into a glass and top off with Coke Zero or the real thing if you prefer.
