On standard size poster board write the following message, leaving enough space for the candy bars.
Hot glue candy bars in proper order:
Happy Birthday (Whatchamacallit).
We wanted to give a (100 Grand) but our money slipped through our (Butterfinger) and it isn't (Payday) yet.
We did look on (5th Avenue) to find the right gift, but a pet (Kitkat) you don't need and a space shuttle trip to (Mars) via the (Milky Way) seemed inappropriate.
