Choose your favorite peanut butter cookie recipe. Prepare as directed. Take a piece of dough and wrap it around 1 miniature candy bar. Repeat until dough and candy bars are used up. Place dough balls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 9 minutes.
Combine the water and tea in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil, and then turn off the heat and let steep for 5 minutes. Use a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to strain the liquid over a large bowl; discard the tea leaves.
Transfer the liquid back to the saucepan and bring to a boil, then decrease the heat to a simmer. Add the salt, sugar, butter, and half-and-half and whisk until the butter has completely dissolved and a little foam forms on the surface. Serve the tea in small bowls.

Fill a quart Mason jar with ice. Add the rum, vodka and gin, lemon juice or lemonade, iced tea and simple syrup. Stir thoroughly, taste and adjust sweetness if needed; garnish with a slice of lemon and sprig of mint. As always, drink responsibly.
Chill tea before using.
Garnish with cherries and orange slices.
A favorite in Long Island.
Yields 1/2 gallon.
In a small bowl, blend the softened butter with the lemon zest and lemon juice and season with salt.
Spread the bread slices with the lemon butter. Using a 1 1/2 inch round biscuit cutter, cut 16 rounds from 4 slices. Cut the remaining slices into 2 1/2-by-1 inch rectangles. Top with the parsley leaves and radish slices. Serve at once, or cover the sandwiches with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for up to 2 hours.
Heat the olive oil in a small pan and fry the shallots and garlic until soft.
Add the tomatoes to the shallots with the tarragon. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until reduced to a thick pulp.
Press through a sieve and leave to cool. Once cold, beat the puree slowly into the softened butter.
Season, and make into sandwiches with the white bread. Cut into fingers or triangles and serve as part of an afternoon tea, or a picnic lunch!

In large bowl, stir flour, sugars, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, milk, peanut butter, oil, vanilla and egg.
Add to flour mixture.

Pour into 2 greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
Wrap and store overnight.
To serve, frost with Peanut Butter Frosting (recipe follows).
If desired, top with crushed peanuts and chocolate chips.
Slice to serve.
Melt butter.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pinch off small balls.
Pat down with fork on cookie sheet.
Bake until light brown.
Store in a covered cookie jar after cooling. Bake at 350\u00b0.
Use a mandolin to cut cucumber into very thin slices. Lay slices on paper towels to drain.
Spread a little butter on each slice of bread. Sprinkle the slices with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Layer overlapping cucumber slices on bread slices.
Cut crust off sandwiches and then cut sandwiches into quarters.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
