Prepare a chocolate cake box mix as directed and put in a rectangular pan. Mix coffee, brown sugar and cocoa powder together. Drizzle over cake mix. Bake as directed on package.
Bake 1 layer of Jiffy Mix white cake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or the Duncan Hines cake mix in 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans for 10 to 15 minutes.
Be sure to thoroughly grease and flour pans.
Cool the cake.
Bake 1 white cake (following mix directions) in 9 x 13-inch pan and cool.
Mix cream cheese, milk and pudding mix with mixer and spread on cake.
Refrigerate.
Drain pineapple and spread over pudding mixture.
Spread Cool Whip over pineapple.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Bake white cake mix according to directions in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
While cake bakes, bring to a boil the sugar, milk and coconut flavoring.
While cake is still hot, poke holes with a large fork.
Pour milk mixture over top.
Frost cake with Cool Whip.
Put coconut over all and press in.
