For the potato salad, cook the potato slices on a heated

Top the hot dog slices with potato salad and spread evenly.
Layer hard boiled egg slices on top of potato salad.
Season with salt & pepper to your liking. Top with other slice of bread. Cut in half on the diagonal and serve.
Place cubed potatoes into bowl.
Add onion, bacon, salt and pepper, oil, vinegar and water.
Add cucumbers, if using.
Mix well.
Serve warm.
Blanch green beans; marinate in small amount salad dressing for 2 hours.
Arrange lettuce on bottom and sides of large bowl. Mound potato salad in center.
Flake tuna fish on and around potato salad.
Layer green beans, tomato, eggs and black olives. Dress and toss at the table.
Place stewing beef in a crock-pot.
Add potato salad on top of meat.

Cook in crock-pot all day on low.
Serve with a vegetable and/or a salad.
