This recipe makes about 1-2/3
Cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender but not brown. Blend in flour and salt. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Add cheese; stir until melted. Add shrimp and peas. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Top with Pinwheel Biscuits. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are done and golden brown. Makes 6 servings.

Brown beef and onion in butter; sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour.
Stir in peas and pour in greased shallow casserole and set aside.
Make biscuit dough and turn out on lightly floured board and knead gently 1/2 minute; roll or pat 1/2 inch thick and spread with melted butter.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and roll up like a jellyroll.
Cut in 1/2 inch slices and place cut side down on top of meat and vegetable mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 6.

Cook, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until fish is tender. Makes 4 servings.
