Tortellini And Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tortellini
    1 envelope Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. vegetable or olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (finely)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to package directions.
    Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
    In medium bowl, blend vegetable recipe soup mix, mayonnaise, oil, lemon, basil, parsley and pepper.
    Toss with tortellini, green onions and tomato; chill.
    Makes about 4 cups of salad.
