Combine all ingredients except oats; boil for 1 minute.
Add mixture to uncooked oats and drop onto wax paper.
Put the first 4 ingredients in a pot and boil for 1 minute. Remove from fire. Add nuts and oatmeal and stir. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Let cool.
Mix uncooked oatmeal in boiling water.
Let stand 10 minutes, then add brown sugar, white sugar, oleo, eggs, flour, baking soda, cocoa and 1 cup chocolate chips.
Pour into 11 x 7-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle on top 1 cup chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Mix oatmeal, syrup, vanilla, Quik and nuts.
Set aside, then mix sugar, butter, milk and peanut butter.
Boil about 2 minutes. Pour second mixture over first mixture.
Mix well and put on cookie sheet.
Let set for about 2 hours.
Boil sugar, milk, cocoa and margarine for 1 minute (or a little longer if necessary).
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter, uncooked oatmeal and vanilla.
Mix well and drop spoonfuls on waxed paper to cool.
Boil sugar, cocoa, peanut butter, oleomargarine and milk for 1 minute.
Remove from fire.
Add nuts and oatmeal.
Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet.
(Do not bake.)
Cool; ready to serve.
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and milk; beat well. Combine this with raisins and uncooked oatmeal.
Sift flour with soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.
Bake 12 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick and clear.
