Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced apples (about 3 lb.)
    6 oz. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cover bottom of 8-inch Teflon coated pan with uncooked oatmeal.
    Cover oatmeal with mixture as directed.
    Save Grape-Nuts cereal for later.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour.
    Remove foil.
    Sprinkle cobbler with Grape-Nuts.
    Bake for additional 15 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
