Chop up the pork into small pieces.
Chop the onions into pieces.
In med sauce pan mix onions and pork together in oil.
Fry until the onions are done. Remove mixer and set aside.
Fry eggs in left over oil to hard .
Heat Uncle Ben's Rice for 90 Seconds in Microwave.
Steam it peas follow directions on package.
Mix everything together in sauce pan.
Cook Uncle Ben's Soup Mix as directed.
Saute green bell pepper, onion and Lil Smokies sausages until vegetables are soft and sausages are slightly brown.
Add cooked rice, soup mix, green pepper,onion, sausages, and Goya Recaito to Uncle Ben's mix.
Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish, top with Monterey Jack cheese and place in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.

Cook chicken in water. Take chicken out when cooked and cut up into pieces. Add to broth the onion, carrots, mushrooms, bouillon cubes and 1 box Uncle Ben's original recipe wild rice. Pour all ingredients into stock. Boil 1 cup long grain white rice until rice is tender.
Add cream of celery soup and cream of chicken with herbs. Fill both cans with water and add to thin out the soup to achieve desired thickness. Heat up again. Add salt and pepper or favorite seasonings if you want spicier soup.
Cook Uncle Ben's as directed on box.
In separate pan, saute margarine.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually stir in half and half and chicken broth.
Cook until thickened.
Cook Uncle Ben's long grain rice.
Bake chicken breasts for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Saute onion, celery and mushrooms.
Put half the rice mix, mixed with the onion, celery and mushrooms, in a greased casserole.
Add undiluted cream of mushroom soup.
Arrange cooked chicken on top of this and cover with the rest of rice mixture. Take 1/2 bag of bread crumbs mixed with 1/4 cup of melted butter and put around the edges of the casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Place 2 types of rice in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour soup and water over rice mixture.
Dip cut up chicken in melted margarine.
Place on top of rice mixture.
Sprinkle seasoning from Uncle Ben's rice.
Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover; sprinkle almonds and bake 30 minutes more.
Chop seasonings. Fry sausage. Add livers and fry until done. Add seasonings to meat and cook for about 10 minutes. Add 1 cup of water and let boil. Add cooked rice. Add Accent, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Prepare Uncle Ben's rice according to directions on box. Add to other ingredients.
Prepare package of Uncle Ben's rice according to directions. Set aside. Brown sausage.
Saute in a little pork grease (sometimes you must add a little butter) the green pepper, onion, celery and mushrooms until tender.
Mix with the sausage and add sour cream.
Heat through on top of stove or put in a greased casserole dish and bake, covered, until heated.

Cook UNCLE BEN'S(R) READY RICE(R) Spanish Style
In a skillet, over medium-high heat, add oil and ground beef and fry, stirring occasionally until browned.
Stir in onions and green bell pepper, and continue to fry another 2 to 3 minutes until lightly brown.
Stir in pinto beans, UNCLE BEN'S(R) Flavor Infusions Spanish Style Rice, and water. Keep stirring to combine.
Bring to boil, then reduce to medium heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
Brown beef and onion in skillet.
Cook 1 box of Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice as directed plus add 1 cup more water for the additional 1/2 cup of regular rice.
Add beef and onion to rice and all other ingredients.
Put into large Dutch oven pan.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Fry hamburger and onions.
Mix 2 cans of chicken rice soup, 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 cans of water.
Mix all together then 1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's rice.
Bake 45 minutes - 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
Add Soy sauce on top (optional).
Feeds about 10 people.
Prepare Uncle Ben's wild rice as directed on box. While preparing rice, saute onions, celery, green pepper and mushrooms in margarine.
To the prepared rice, add the soup (undiluted), pimentos and sauteed ingredients.
Mix well and put in casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
You may add 1 can of chunked chicken or hamburger, if you wish.
Cook UNCLE BEN'S(R) Ready Rice(R) Jasmine according to package directions.
Brown ground chicken in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, about 10 minutes. Drain and return chicken to skillet. Add stir fry sauce to chicken, along with celery, green onions, grated carrot, and water chestnuts. Stir to combine over low heat until just heated through, about 5 minutes.
Fill each lettuce leaf with a scoop of jasmine rice and top with a scoop of chicken mixture.
Cut chicken breasts into 1/2-inch strips.
Spray a 10-inch skillet with a nonstick spray and heat over a medium heat until hot. Add the chicken and red pepper, cook until chicken is browned and fully cooked.
Add the onion, cook for 30 seconds. Add the water, rice, chili powder, corn and salsa; simmer for 10 minutes until rice is done.
Serve chicken over the rice with chopped cilantro.
Brown sausage with onions and peppers.
Add broth envelope in package of Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice.
Add 2 cups of water.
(Do not drain grease from sausage before adding rice package.)
Add rice.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cook Uncle Ben's Instant Rice as directed but add the curry to the water.
When you turn off the heat and add the rice (as directed on the box), stir in the golden raisins at the same time. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add sliced almonds as you serve.
In a skillet, brown sausage.
Remove sausage with slotted spoon to a large mixing bowl.
In skillet saute celery, onion, pepper and garlic.
Dump into bowl with sausage.
Blend in 1 can broth, 1 can soup, 1 can broth and 1 can soup.
Stir in mushrooms, chestnuts and thyme.
Mix in packet of spices from Uncle Ben's box; blend in rice.
Pour into large casserole dish.
Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Cook enough chicken breasts to make at least 3 cups chopped chicken.
Reserve liquid.
Cook 1 package Uncle Ben's chicken flavored rice, using broth for liquid.
Add 1/3 cup mayonnaise mixed with 3/4 teaspoon curry powder, 12 stuffed, sliced olives and 3 cups chicken (chopped).
Cut artichokes in half and line bottom of 2-quart greased casserole.
Pour chicken-rice mixture over artichokes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Casserole is much better if mixed up the day before it is baked.
