Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (
Place pork ribs in a gallon-size plastic storage bag which reseals well. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Seal the bag and mix well.
Early in the day before you want to serve this meal, remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Transfer the meat in the bag to your slow cooker and pour the sauce in the bag over the meat. Cook on HI heat for 3-4 hours or on LO heat for 6-7 hours.
In a blender combine peaches through pepper and blend until smooth. Pour into a sauce pan and stir in the jalapeno to heat through.
Stir over low heat.
Put pork on foil lined jelly roll pan and put into a preheated oven at 275 deg. Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
The last 30 minutes pour some of the sauce over both sides of the pork. Cook until 140-160 deg. Serve additional sauce with the meat.
Serve with coleslaw and baked beans.

Marinate the country style ribs in the commercial marinade (I use Lawry's) for at least 2 hours inside a gallon-sized plastic baggie in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Foil-wrap a baking sheet.
Place the ribs on the baking sheet, Sprinkle the S&P and other spices on the two ribs.
Bake on the middle shelf for 45 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve.
