CHRISTMAS PUDDING:
Mix all ingredients for the Christmas Pudding together well.
Put into 1-pound coffee cans or other cans that have been greased.
Put a piece of foil over the top securely.
Set cans in water and steam for 3 hours, watching that the water does not boil away.
Serve with Sherry Sauce on top of each piece.
SHERRY SAUCE:
Beat eggs well.
Put sugar and butter in a bowl and work with fingers.
Add the beaten eggs and then beat again with mixer.
Add the sherry and mix well.

Mix all ingredients together. Divide batter into either 3 one pound coffee cans {mold} or 1 three pound coffee can {mold}that have been greased well. Cover open end with cheesecloth and rubber band Steam for 3 hours.

Nutmeg Sauce.
1/4 cup. oleo melted in fry pan.
Stir in flour about 1/4 cup flour.
Mix with boiling water to gravy consistency. Flavor with nutmeg, vanilla and sugar to taste.
Pudding and sauce is best when served warm.
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until thick and pale.
Break up the Christmas pudding with a fork and distribute it evenly through the yolk mixture.
Add the rum and mix.
Whip the cream until soft peaks and fold into the mixture.
Whip the egg whites, stiffly, and fold into the mixture.
Transfer to a container and freeze for several hours until set.
This ice cream does not require beating during freezing.
Crumble Christmas pudding into a jug. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend with a hand blender until smooth and fluffy. Leave to chill in fridge for approximately 4 hours.
Blend the mixture again before serving with a little extra milk until you have froth. Pour straight into chilled shot glasses.

Melt the butter and lightly grease

In mixer bowl, blend the pineapple, IMO, pudding mix and about 1/4 cup of the juice.
Add more juice if it seems too thick.
Discard or save remaining juice.
Pile into pie shell; chill for at least one hour.

In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk 2 minutes. Blend in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in vanilla and fold in whipped topping. Layer wafers, bananas and pudding mixture in a glass serving bowl. Chill until serving.
Rinse the chickpeas in cold water and tip into the food processor. Add the tahini, crushed garlic, salt, lemon juice and seven tablespoons of the reserved liquid from the cans. Turn on the food processor and slowly pour in the oil while it runs.
When the mixture is fully combined and smooth, tip it into a serving dish. Drizzle with some more extra virgin olive oil and decorate with a few whole chickpeas. Sprinkle with paprika and finely chopped coriander or parsley leaves, for colour.
Mix flour and salt in a large bowl.
In a glass measuring cup, mix alum, water, oil, and color and add to the flour/salt mixture. Stir until slightly cool.
Knead well, adding flour until it stops sticking to your hands.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large saucepan combine the non-instant pudding mix with 2 cups milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the pudding is thickened. Remove from heat. Pour the dry cake mix into the saucepan and mix until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

The best part about this dip is that you can throw it together super quick- no need to let it sit in a crockpot -- but you can always make it and transfer to a crockpot for large parties- trust me, you will want to make loads!

Cook 2 pounds of hamburger the night before you will eat this then add the 2 packages of taco seasoning.
Right before you eat it add your cut up onion, lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, I crunch the dorito's in the bag and then add the western dressing.
It is the best taco salad you will ever eat.
I put 8 hours for the time that I chilled the hamburger meat and taco seasoning.
From the package VERY gently form into 8 burgers. Do not over press, squeeze or mix the meat in anyway. Save that for meatloaf.

Grill over high heat covered, I use charcoal,for 4 to 6 min per side depending on your preference, flipping at the halfway point. Add cheese at the flip if you wish. Serve on toasted buns with ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. I like mine plain.
