Sheet Cake:.
In a saucepan, bring
Bring to boil in large saucepan, butter and water.

Pour into a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 22 minutes or until cake is golden brown and tests done.
Cool for 20 minutes.
Frost with White Texas Sheet Cake Frosting (recipe follows).
Beat Crisco, eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Add salt, soda and flour; mix, then add buttermilk, vanilla and almond.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in sheet cake pan.
Ice while hot.
Bring margarine and water to a boil.
Add flour, sugar, soda, salt, sour cream, eggs and almond extract.
Beat well and pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.

Prepare cake as directed in 13x9 pan,
Cake:Melt butter, cocoa, and water
Cream butter, shortening and sugar until very light and fluffy.
Add flavorings.
Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add alternately the measured flour and baking powder with milk, beginning with flour mixture and ending with flour mixture.
Bake in a greased tube pan in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done.
For a sheet cake, bake in a greased 11 x 15-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until cake tests done.
Make chocolate cake according to recipe in sheet pan.
While still warm, make icing.
Combine cocoa, sugar, butter or oleo, corn syrup and Pet milk; mix in saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Boil slowly, stirring now and then until small amount dropped in water forms a soft ball.
Add vanilla and salt.
Poke holes in sheet cake and frost with this icing while hot.
Icing is thin.
3-inch rimmed baking sheet.
For the cake:
In a
Blend all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts in large mixer bowl.*
Beat 4 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed and pulls away from sides of pan.
Do not underbake.
Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Spoon hot Butter Glaze over warm cake.
Serve warm or cool, with prepared Dream Whip whipped topping, if desired.
For the cake:
1) In large bowl
Cream Crisco, butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
Sift flour together with baking powder, then add milk, vanilla, salt and food coloring. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in sheet cake pan.
Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
Pour cake into a large sheet cake pan; bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
While cake is baking, melt marshmallows mixed with evaporated milk and sugar; add coconut.
When cake is done, punch holes in hot cake with wooden spoon handle; pour coconut mixture over cake.
br>Carefully spread over warm cake.
Cool. Yield: 16-20
Mix flour, sugar and soda.
Add pineapple and eggs.
Beat well and pour into greased sheet cake pan.
On top, add brown sugar and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Pour icing over cake immediately.
Use your favorite white cake recipe or use 1 white cake mix and bake according to instructions in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Let cool 10 to 15 minutes.
Poke holes in the cake with a toothpick, fork tines, etc.
Mix and pat in sheet pan.

Yield: 24-30 servings
Melt butter, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice in a saucepan.
Spray sides and bottom of a cake pan.
Pour brown sugar mixture into it.
Arrange pineapple rings and cherries on top.
Prepare cake mix according to directions on package, or make your favorite cake recipe and pour over mixture in cake pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let stand to cool a few minutes, then invert onto a plate.
