Brown Sugar Layer Cake.
Preheat oven to 350

For the cake batter
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Start mixture; add oil, sugar, plum baby food, vanilla and eggs, one at a time.
Combine flour and spices and add to first mixture.

Melt butter, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice in a saucepan.

Prepare cake mix according to directions on package, or make your favorite cake recipe and pour over mixture in cake pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let stand to cool a few minutes, then invert onto a plate.
Place 4 cups flour, sugar, salt and melted butter in a bowl; mix.
Add egg yolks and vanilla, mix.
Place the dough onto a cookie sheet pan and press with your fingers make a rim.
Spread with a thin layer of apricot jam.
Place the quartered purple plums in rows on the dough and jam.
Beat egg whites slightly and brush over the plums.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp of flour over the egg whites.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the plum cake.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar over cake after removed from pan.
Mix together oil, eggs and sugar.
Add in flour, spices, salt, nuts, buttermilk and vanilla.
Grease pan well and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a tube or Bundt pan.
Pour this mixture over the marble cake batter (cheese mixture will settle to bottom of cake during baking).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Use your favorite white cake recipe or use 1 white cake mix and bake according to instructions in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Let cool 10 to 15 minutes.
Poke holes in the cake with a toothpick, fork tines, etc.
Mix in order given.
Spray Bundt pan with Pam or oil good and coat pan with sugar generously.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool for 20 minutes in pan, then onto cake plate.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

Grease a Bundt pan and coat with sugar.
Mix ingredients in order given.
Pour batter into pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes.
Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into a generously greased 10-inch Bundt pan, coated with sugar (generously).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, until done.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Serves 12.
Prepare favorite white cake recipe or boxed cake mix and divide batter between 1 (8-inch) square pan and 1 (8-inch) round pan.
Bake according to directions.
Remove cakes from pan and cool.
