Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 small jars plum baby food

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
While cake is hot, pour mixture of lemon juice and powdered sugar over cake for glaze.
