In a large pot sprayed with nonstick vegetable cooking spray, over medium-high heat, add olive oil. When hot, add steak tip meat and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove steak and set aside.
Add beef broth to the hot pot with water.
Add potatoes, onions, carrots, mushrooms, balsamic vinegar, dried thyme, pepper, and tomato paste. Bring to a boil and add the steak back to the pot. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is done.
Add frozen peas and cook 2 more minutes.
Place steak tips in sealable plastic bag.
Pour remaining ingredients over them.
Seal bag and toss to coat.
Place bag in fridge for 3-4 hrs., tossing occasionally.
Grill or Broil as you normally would.
Add all ingredients together (chicken or steak, not both!) in a large bowl and cover or I also use the large ziplock bags.
Marinate at least 6 hours, overnight even better!
Discard marinade.
Bake chicken wings in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Grill steak tips on outdoor grill for 20 minutes or until done to your liking.

Transfer all ingredients (including meat) to large plastic bag.
Seal bag, making sure to get most of the air out.
Massage marinade into meat through the bag. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 4 - 8 hours, don't marinate overnight as it makes the meat too salty.

Cover both sides of steak with salt (and seasonings if you are using any) - be very, very liberal, since most of the salt will be washed off!
Leave on for 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the steak size. (Not longer than an hour!).
Wash away the surface salt and water and pat steak(s) very, very dry.
Season with pepper, no more salt is needed.
