Put coconut milk in blender, add fruit. Pulse.
As fruit blends, it will most likely become too thick for your blender to handle, and that's when you add enough milk to keep it going.

Pour into ice-pop moulds and insert sticks, or pour into 3 oz. paper cups. If using paper cups, freeze until partially firm then insert sticks, straws, or plastic spoons. Freeze until solid, for 2-4 hours, or up to 2 weeks.
COOKING TIP: If using paper cups, once the smoothies are frozen solid, transfer to an airtight container to make sure they don't get freezer burn.

The optional wheat germ will not affect the taste or texture but it will give your smoothie an extra health boost.
Add the ice cubes if you'd like a thicker or colder drink; more like a slushy, especially with frozen banana/fruit/yogurt.
Use up to 1 cup of yogurt for a thicker drink.
Other options: 1/2 t vanilla; 1 T honey; 1-2 T powdered sugar, white sugar or Splenda.
Combine in the food processor (or blender, but requires a lot more stirring) and blend till creamy. Serve immediately.
If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add some peach juice. To let it thicken a bit with extra freeziness (mmmm), put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or so. I like it sprinkled with ground flaxseed!
Note: this is also wonderful with a small, very ripe FRESH peach! Just cut away the flesh, skin and all, and instead of being yellowy-green from the kiwi, your smoothie will have a wonderful pink hue!
