Preparation of the roast : In a bowl, mix goat

Every half hour or so baste the roast with the juices.
Cook for as long as the roast is big.
Take out and let rest approximately 15 minutes before cutting.

Rinse and pat dry the pork roast.

Cook until roast reaches an internal temperature of 170 degrees.
Allow to cool five minutes before serving.
Marinate pork roast in lemon juice 3 to 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Place pork roast on aluminum foil and spread margarine all over it.
Sprinkle all over with lemon pepper.
Wrap roast in aluminum foil and place on grill.
Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
Remove foil and cook over low heat for 15 minutes more or until browned.
