Grilled Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) pork roast, boned
    1 bottle lemon juice (small)
    margarine or butter
    lemon pepper
Preparation
    Marinate pork roast in lemon juice 3 to 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
    Place pork roast on aluminum foil and spread margarine all over it.
    Sprinkle all over with lemon pepper.
    Wrap roast in aluminum foil and place on grill.
    Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
    Remove foil and cook over low heat for 15 minutes more or until browned.
