Roast Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 apples
    1 or 2 onions
    pork roast (2 to 4 lb.) with fat trimmed off
    several Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 or 2 small cans sauerkraut
Preparation
    Slice apples and onions into crock-pot (or Dutch oven).
    Add a small pork roast (pork shoulder is cheap and good or fresh pork butt).
    Add sauerkraut and several tablespoons of brown sugar. Cook slowly overnight (add a little water if there is not enough juice from kraut).
    Cook until meat falls off bone.
    I cook this overnight in a crock-pot about 12 hours.
