Season the beef with salt and pepper, and place in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until evenly brown, and drain.

Line a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with a Reynolds(R) Slow Cooker Liner.
Place apples in prepared slow cooker. Combine oats, raisins, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Spoon mixture into centers of apples, patting in with the back of a spoon or a narrow metal spatula. Mound any remaining oat mixture on top of apples. Pour apple juice around apples in cooker.
Cover and cook for 3 hours on low.

Mix all ingredients except sour cream and egg noodles in a 3 1/2 quart or larger slow-cooker. (Can be done the night before. Refrigerate in removable crock or, if crock can't be removed, in a covered bowl, then transferred to slow-cooker to cook.).
