To make Simple Syrup:Melt 1 cup Sugar with 1/2 Cup of Water.
Grease an 8-inch square baking pan lightly with cooking spray.
Bring energy drink to a boil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce to a gentle simmer; stir in gelatin until completely dissolved, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, about 10 minutes.
Pour vodka into the gelatin mixture; stir gently to combine. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
Refrigerate gelatin mixture until set, about 6 hours. Run a knife under hot water to make it easier to cut gelatin mixture into 2-inch squares.

Pour vodka in glass (I like Skyy or Grey Goose). Top with tonic water (I use diet tonic water at home).
Squeeze lime wedge(s) over the drink, drop wedge(s) into drink, and lightly stir.

Put the pineapple pieces into a large glass container.
Insert the lemon grass stalks into the pineapple.
Pour the vodka and the simple syrup over the pineapple and close the container with a tightly fitted lid.
Let rest for 6 days.
Serve chilled or over ice.

First, sample the vodka to check for freshness.
In a food processor, puree the watermelon flesh. Pour the pureed watermelon into empty ice cube trays and freeze for at least 4 hours. Also, freeze 4 martini glasses.
In a blender combine the frozen watermelon cubes, simple syrup, lemon juice, vodka, and melon liqueur; blend until smooth. Pour into 4 frozen martini glasses and garnish each with a lemon twist.
Mix together coconut milk, black tea, matcha powder, simple syrup and vanilla over ice.
Garnish with mint leaves.
