Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5-6 mins. Beat egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract until light and foamy. Add lemon zest and juice. If using sheet gelatin, squeeze any excess water. Melt gelatin with 1 tbsp lemon mixture and gently heat until melted then mix with remaining lemon mixture. Whip 1/2 cream until stiff then fold in. Whip egg whites until stiff then fold in. Transfer to serving vessels and chill.

Wash blackberries and put them in a bowl with the granulated sugar.
Mash the berries with a fork to bring the juices out.
In another bowl, mix together thoroughly the butter and powdered sugar.

Roll out in rectangular shape (approximately 8 x 11 inches).

Sprinkle with seasoning; fold one side of dough over ham and cheese.
Repeat ham and cheese layer on top of fold, using remainder of ham and cheese.
Sprinkle this layer with the Italian seasoning.
Leave 1 inch on each end to seal.
Fold dough over; seal all edges.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Make two recipes of cornbread according to the
BEAT cream cheese, vanilla and 1 3/4 teaspoons Equal| for Recipes in a small bowl until fluffy; spread evenly in bottom of crust.
Beat 1 envelope of Dream Whip with 1 cup milk until frothy, approximately 2 minutes.
Add pudding, the remaining milk and the almond extract; beat until mixed.
Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Cut up available fruit into dipping pieces.
Dip fruit into fruit dip and eat.
Great for after school.
Can refrigerate remaining fruit dip for 3 days.
