Cut sausage in half dollar sizes and brown in a skillet with a dash of grease.

In a large skillet, cook onion, green pepper and sausage until onion is tender and sausage is heated through.
Drain off fat.
Brown sausage in butter in a frying pan then place in a 1 1/2-2 quart dutch oven or casserole dish.
Arrange onion, sauerkraut, apples and potatoes around sausage (draining only 1 can of sauerkraut). Top with apple juice and salt and pepper to taste.
If using dutch oven, cover tightly and simmer over low heat, stirring once, for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. If using oven, bake at 350 for 45 mins to 1 hours until potatoes are tender.
Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired and serve.
Place in a large pot of water on stove.
Add crab and shrimp boil.
Bring to a boil; add sausage and let boil 5 minutes.
Add corn and boil, 7 to 10 minutes longer.
Add shrimp and cook, 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain.
Arrange all ingredients on a large platter and serve with melted butter and cocktail sauce.

Slice Polish sausage into 1-inch slices.
Brown slightly in a large pot.
Cover with Bavarian sauerkraut.
Add sliced vegetables on top of kraut.
Cook on low heat until potatoes and carrots are done.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, in a medium pan crumb and cook sausage about 6 minutes; drain off grease and add chopped onion and garlic sauteing another 6 minutes or so till onion is tender.
Stir in basil, oregano, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper heat another one to two minutes.
Lower heat while adding tomato sauce and ricotta, stir while heating so ricotta blends evenly and does not burn.
Mix pasta and sauce together. Sever with fresh grated parmesan cheese and a green salad.
In large skillet, saute peppers and onions with sausage in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir occasionally.
Slice and fry sausage.
Fry potatoes, onions and green pepper. Add rest of ingredients.
Fry until tender.
