Mix Ritz-bits and pecans in large container.
In saucepan combine margarine, syrup, and sugar.
Boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add soda, vanilla, and almond flavoring.
Stir well, pour over pecans and Ritz-bits.

Put on cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
