Bring sides up and over tuna to meet. Pinch together and fold ends under to enclose rice. Ease carefully onto cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Heat remaining soup to boiling. Remove and stir in sour cream. Serve over slices of tuna roll. Serves 6.

at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
Mix chopped onion, tuna, and mayonnaise in a bowl. *You can make tuna salad as you like.
Put a nori sheet on top of a bamboo mat (makisu). Spread sushi rice on top of the nori sheet.
Place the tuna salad lengthwise on the rice. Roll up the bamboo mat, pressing forward to shape the sushi into a cylinder.
Press the bamboo mat firmly and remove it from the sushi. Cut the sushi roll into bite-size pieces.
If needed, cook the rice according to package directions.
Use any hot roll recipe.
Add a little flour to make dough stiff.
After shaping, let rise not quite double.
Bake 30 minutes in a 275\u00b0 oven.
Cool and store in airtight bags.
Can store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 5 to 7 minutes.
Mix rice, Ro-Tel tomatoes, garlic salt, onion salt and chili powder.
In separate bowl, mix sour cream and green chilies. Layer half of rice mixture in large casserole dish.
