TO PREPARE THE RICE DRESSING:
Combine the first seasoning
Cook cornbread and set aside. Cook rice mix according to directions on package and set aside. Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix together cornbread, cooked rice, dressing mix, cooked onions and celery. Season with poultry seasoning. Moisten with chicken broth. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown around edges.

Cook rice separately according to package directions.
Cool and prepare dressing.
Refrigerate.
In large saute pan, melt butter and add vegetables.
Saute until tender.
Combine with rice.
Add Italian dressing to taste; toss and chill until ready to serve. Serve atop fresh greens.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes and pine nuts.
(Travels well, it's pretty and it's healthy.)
Cook rice in boiling water for 30-40 minutes.
Rinse and drain.
Chop spring onions finely.
Transfer rice to bowl and while still warm add spring onion and remaining ingredients.
Toss well and put in serving dish.

Lay duck breast on
Toss together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Toss with Lemon Poppyseed dressing (recipe follows).
Divide to individual chilled salad plates to serve.
Lemon Poppyseed Dressing:
Process 2/3 cup light olive oil and remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week; serve at room temperature.
Prepare rice per instructions.
Meanwhile, saute onion and celery in margarine until golden.
Add mushroom pieces and saute a few minutes more.
Remove from pan; set aside.
In same pan, brown the sausage.
Drain well and put the onion mixture back into the pan.
Add rice and mix together well.
Cook in pan for 1/2 hour or bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
(I normally double this recipe.)
Mix ground meats together with rice.
Add onion tops, bell pepper, celery, onions, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Put in heavy casserole dish.
Mix soups together and pour over meat mixture.
Cover with tight fitting lid to retain juices and bake 70 minutes at 325\u00b0.

Combine all together and use a hand mixer until blended then chill.
If you are looking for lower calorie you can substitte with light mayo and use splenda instead of sugar.
If you want more just double the recipe.
Mix

Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Salt and pepper are optional because the condensed soup is
used undiluted and is well seasoned.
This recipe serves 8 to 10 people.
RICE: Rinse rice thoroughly in a sieve.
Drain well.
Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan; add rice and salt.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat; uncover and cool to room temperature.
DRESSING: Combine vinegar and next 6 ingredients (vinegar through wasabi) in a small bowl.
Combine cooled rice, dressing, cucumber, onion, and sesame seeds in a large bowl.
Sprinkle evenly with nori.
Spread the dry rice evenly into a greased roaster.
Sprinkle the seasoning packet over the top of the rice.
In a large bowl, stir together the vegetables, soup, water and mushrooms.
Pour this over the rice.
Arrange the pork chops on top.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients and pour into a large casserole dish or disposable foil pan about 12x10. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Place in preheated oven at 400F for one hour or until rice is tender and completely cooked.
Place sausage and onion in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until sausage is cooked and onions are translucent.
Mix in the rice, celery, sprouts, mushrooms, water chestnuts, poultry seasoning and sage. Cook until all ingredients are warmed through.
Place dressing in a cheese cloth large enough to hold enough stuffing to fit inside turkey cavity. Any remaining dressing may be put in cheese cloth and set along side turkey while baking so as to absorb turkey drippings.
