Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. wild rice
    1/3 c. white rice
    Italian dressing (recipe follows)
    2 Tbsp. butter (I use Pam)
    3 to 4 c. finely chopped vegetable medley of equal amounts of: zucchini, carrots, sweet red pepper, yellow pepper, broccoli, red onions, cauliflower, green onions, fresh greens, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts
Preparation
    Cook rice separately according to package directions.
    Cool and prepare dressing.
    Refrigerate.
    In large saute pan, melt butter and add vegetables.
    Saute until tender.
    Combine with rice.
    Add Italian dressing to taste; toss and chill until ready to serve. Serve atop fresh greens.
    Garnish with cherry tomatoes and pine nuts.
