Presto magic - Trail Mix!
Place each banana on a 12-in. square of foil; crimp and shape foil around bananas so they sit flat.
Cut each banana lengthwise about 1/2 inches deep, leaving 1/2 inches uncut at both ends. Gently pull each banana peel open, forming a pocket. Fill pockets with chocolate chips, trail mix and marshmallows.
Grill bananas, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until marshmallows are melted and golden brown.
Mix everything together, and snack on it when you don't have time for lunch!
Tip: If you use 'Just Tomatoes' brand of 'Just Soy Nuts', the trail mix will be almost completely fat free (the cereal and nutritional yeast add a small amount of fat).
Each student brings and item and combines it with the other students' items in a large bowl.

Combine sweet potatoes, quinoa, trail mix, golden beet, red beet, flour, bread crumbs, oil, onion, parsley, tamari, sea salt, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Mix by hand until burger mix is thoroughly combined.
Divide burger mix into 10 portions; press each one firmly into a patty. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
