For the Meatloaf, combine all of the ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well (mixture will be moist.) Shape into a round loaf; place in a 2-3qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160\u00b0.
In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over the meat loaf. Cook 15 minutes longer or until heated through. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before cutting. Yield: 6 servings.

Put into the preheated and bake for 30 - 45 minutes.
Mix all ingredients for the meatloaf together, and press into an 8x8 baking pan.
Mix together the glaze ingredients, and spread over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
