SANDWICH: Combine tuna, olives and sundried tomatoes
Throughly mix tuna, onion, mayo, dijon, and sriracha (it is KEY to use this brand of chili sauce) together.
Salt and pepper to your liking.
Toast bread.
Spread tuna mix on toast, top with lettuce, and place the other piece of toast on top to create Kay's Especially Tasty Tuna Sandwich!
Drain tuna.
Toast 2-4 slices
Drain tuna well, then flake into a bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.
Use 1/4 cup to spread on one slice of bread for an open-faced sandwich or between 2 slices of bread for a regular sandwich.

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove crust form bread slices; place 2 slices in greased loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.
Mix tuna, cheese, onion, celery, pickle relish and mayonnaise.
Spread on bread in pan and top with remaining bread slices.
Mix eggs, milk and salt; pour on sandwich. Sprinkle paprika on top.
Bake uncovered until sandwich is golden brown and custard is set, about 45 minutes.
Make tuna salad with first four ingredients.
Make tuna sandwich with 2 slices of bread.
Beat egg and milk; dip sandwich on both sides.
Fry in pan with butter.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve immediately.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, pepper, carrot, parsley, and shallot in a small bowl; mix well.
Layer 2 slices of bread with 3 lettuce leaves each and top each with about 1/2 cup of tuna salad. Top with remaining bread slices and serve.
Wearing gloves, carefully remove seeds and chop the jalapeno pepper.
In a medium bowl, mix the cheese, tuna, jalapeno, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and cream cheese.

Mix up your favorite tuna sandwich mix.
Add hard-cooked eggs if desired.
Toast one side of bread under broiler; place some tuna mixture on other side.
Put slice of Velveeta on top.
Return to broiler and heat until cheese melts.
Or put on hamburger bun and heat until cheese melts (can use one bun to make 2 sandwiches or one closed sandwich).
Try canned chicken instead of tuna also.
Mix tuna, blue cheese dressing, celery, onion and 2 T hot sauce together.
Spread butter on each slice of bread.
Spread remaining tablespoon hot sauce on each slice of bread.
Spread half (or more) of the tuna mixture on one slice of bread (use the leftovers for another sandwich).
Pour crumbled chips on top of tuna.
Put the other slice of bread on top.
Note: adjust blue cheese dressing, hot sauce and chips to your taste--these are just estimates.

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
Mix well. Stir in tuna. Lightly butter each muffin half. Top each half with 1 slice tomato, tuna mixture and 1 slice cheese.
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and sandwich is heated through.

In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayo, chopped jalapenos, lemon juice, onion (optional) salt and pepper. Mix well.
Toast bread if desired.
Spread dijonnaise mustard on one side of the bread.
Spread tuna mixture and layer tomato slices, cheddar cheese (optional), rocket leaves and season with more cracked pepper.
Top with the other slice of bread, press down slightly with hands to compress sandwich and ingredients together.
Serve.
Pre heat broiler.
In bowl mix tuna, green onions, chipotle peppers, roasted garlic, mayonnaise, and cheese.
Slice rolls in half-length wise and divide tuna mixture, being sure to spread out evenly.
Broil 3 to 5 minutes. Cheese should be melted and edges of bread toasted.
Put 1/4 cup arugula on two of the halves and top each with remaining two halves.
Enjoy while still nice and warm.
Slice the loaf in half lengthwise. Hollow out the bread and drizzle with the olive oil to lightly moisten both pieces.
Layer in the remaining ingredients, and wrap in paper or plastic and press the sandwich for an hour.
To serve, slice the sandwich on an angle into small or large individual sandwiches.
Using a small bowl, mix olive oil and red wine vinegar together.
Place onions in mixture and let marinate while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
When ready, set out bottom slice of bread, drizzle thinly with the oil-vinegar mixture, and layer onions.
Follow with capers and olives, tuna, tomato, leaf green, drizzled lightly with oil-vinegar mixture and top slice of bread.
Squish everything together and let sit for a few minutes while you clean up, bring plenty of napkins, this is one messy sandwich!
