Tuna Sandwich Filling(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can tuna (packed in water)
    1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, finely cut
    1/8 tsp. salt
    few grains pepper
    1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Drain tuna well, then flake into a bowl.
    Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Use 1/4 cup to spread on one slice of bread for an open-faced sandwich or between 2 slices of bread for a regular sandwich.
