Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C).
Grease the bottom of an 8X8X2inch baking dish with 1 TBS olive oil.
On this layer the cubed cooked potatoes and sliced cooked carrots.
Evenly distribute the sliced hot links.
Top with parsley and cilantro.
Drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Place in the pre-heated oven for 45 minutes.

Brown Vege Links in butter and let cool.
In large bowl, mash links until the texture is like small curd cottage cheese.
Add onions, mayonnaise, eggs and relish.
Mix well.
May add additional mayonnaise for a moister spread.
Prepare pasta per package instructions.
Meanwhile, cube hot links into 1/4\" pieces.
Place marinara sauce and hot links in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Add ricotta and mix.
Simmer another 2 minutes.
Serve over hot pasta with parmesan on the side.
Note: We like lots of sausage...you can adjust amount down if desired. Also time does not include dicing sausage. We keep diced sausage on hand.
Put barbecue sauce into crock-pot; add jelly and stir until the two are mixed well.
Add sausage links.
Cook slowly for 3 to 4 hours.
Place links in skillet with 3 tablespoons water.
Cover and steam for 5
minutes.

separate crescent rolls. Sprinkle 1 to 2
tablespoons

on
roll.
Lay

Bake 15 to 20 minutes according to crescent roll directions.
Cook links in a can of beer to which has been added red hot sauce.
Cook until liquid is about gone.
Combine brown sugar, flour and dry mustard.
Add vinegar, pineapple juice and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil and boil one minute.
Add Smoky Links and pineapple chunks.
Simmer one hour or longer!
In large skillet, combine Hillshire Farm beef hot links, green pepper and onion.
Cook until green pepper and onion are tender-crisp.
Stir in next 5 ingredients.
Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain 1 can pineapple.
Heat pineapple chunks and juice and chunks from the second can with mint leaves or extract to taste. Refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, brown smoky links and mix with pineapple, which has been heated through and drained.
Split sausage links lengthwise, making a pocket.
Place in a baking pan.
Prepare potatoes according to package, omitting the salt and decrease liquid by 2 tablespoons.
Stir in onion.
Spoon mixture into sausage pockets.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Top with cheese.
Bake until cheese melts.
Make Rich Tea Biscuit dough, adding more milk to make a drop biscuit dough. Spread the dough 1/2 inch deep in an oblong 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Peel and pare apples; cut in eighths. Press apple slices into top of dough very close together. (It won't hurt if more than a layer thick.) Dot with butter or oleo. Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done. Serve warm or cold with Lemon Sauce (recipe follows).

Coat a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Cut sausage links in half lengthwise and place in skillet. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through. Move links to the side of skillet. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice in skillet, butter side down. Layer with one slice cheese, sausage, apple, a second slice of cheese and a second bread slice, butter side up. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
