Minted Pineapple And Smoky Links - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple chunks in juice not syrup
    2 pkg. cocktail size smoky links
    6 to 8 slightly crushed mint leaves or peppermint extract to taste
Preparation
    Drain 1 can pineapple.
    Heat pineapple chunks and juice and chunks from the second can with mint leaves or extract to taste. Refrigerate overnight.
    Before serving, brown smoky links and mix with pineapple, which has been heated through and drained.
