Stuffed Sausage Links - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cooked Polish sausage links
    1 c. instant mashed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. green onion
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Split sausage links lengthwise, making a pocket.
    Place in a baking pan.
    Prepare potatoes according to package, omitting the salt and decrease liquid by 2 tablespoons.
    Stir in onion.
    Spoon mixture into sausage pockets.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake until cheese melts.
