Grill fillets, covered with the grill lid, over medium-high (350-400\u00b0F) 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

Season topping to taste with salt and pepper, and fish herbs.
Spoon the topping over the Red Snapper.
Bake until Snapper is just opaque in center, about 15-20 minutes.
Can be cooked through if preferred.

Preheat the grill on medium heat. Cook the corn in boiling salted water for 5 mins, or until just tender. Drain and cut each cob into 3 pieces.
