avorite recipe for hamburger patties; make eight 1/4 lb patties.
For the
Brown hamburger.
Add remaining ingredients, let simmer a little then eat.
Can substitute ground venison for hamburger.

Peel, boil and mash the potatoes.
Brown the hamburger (loose).
In a 2-quart casserole dish, put in potatoes (bottom layer), put in loose hamburger (middle layer) and add creamed corn (top layer).

Heat until creamed corn starts to bubble (15 to 20 minutes).
While heating, wash potato pan and frying pan.
Eat and enjoy!
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook hamburger; drain.
In Pyrex or other baking casserole dish, mix soup, hamburger and rice.
Add salt and pepper as needed.
When mixed, then add green beans and mix carefully.
Prior to baking, pour enough water over mixture to more than cover it.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Saute meat, onion and bell pepper; drain.
Mix all ingredients except cornbread with meat.
Top with cornbread (made according to package).
Bake according to cornbread recipe for 20 to 30 minutes until bread is done.
*Combine corn meal mix and milk and water; use recipe for corn bread. Add enough liquid to mixture so it will pour easily over other ingredients.
Brown hamburger, sausage, and onion together in 6 quart saucepan.
Add pinto beans (not drained), add can of tomato sauce and add enough water to rinse can.
Add beef bouillon granules.
If using bouillon cubes, dissolve in 1/4 cup water then add to the pan.
Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, chili powder and sugar.
Blend thoroughly.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over low heat for 6-7 mins until softened. Add the rice mix and cook, stirring for 1 min. Pour in the wine and simmer for a few mins then gradually add the stock, about 1 ladleful at a time. Allow the liquid to be absorbed by the rice before adding the next ladleful. This will take about 35 mins.
Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in warm, shallow bowls.

For the dry mix: Combine all
Place meat in boiler and cover with water.
Let boil for 20 minutes.
Add water as needed.
Add other ingredients and boil over medium heat 30 minutes or until cooks down to sauce.

Make recipe for 2 pie crusts.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer ham, then onion, then Swiss cheese over pie crust.
Mix eggs, cream and spices.
Pour over layered pie crust.
