Sandwich prep:
Heat griddle or
utter works best on a grilled cheese. Just let it sit out

Microwave for about 1 1/2 minute
Spread 1 tsp softened butter on ea slice of bread (may use more as needed).
Spread 1 tbsp chutney on unbuttered side of half the slices.
Top chutney w/2 oz sliced Blarney, gouda or smoked gouda cheese.
Place bread slice on top, buttered side out.
Over med-low heat, brown in a lrg skillet (turning once or twice) till cheese is melted (1-2 min per side).

Makes two delicious grilled cheese sandwiches.
Butter bread as if making a grilled cheese sandwich (not too much or it will get soggy).
Place applesauce on bread and make a sandwich.
Grill on both sides until crispy outside and warm inside.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan. Make sandwiches, using 2 slices of bread and 1 piece of cheese for each. Place sandwich in pan and fry until lightly brown; turn over and brown on other side. Fry on medium heat.
Flip. Add a slice of cheese to cooked side. Fry it
sprinkle on half of the cheese and top with the remaining

Put the shredded cheese in a small bowl and

Scramble two eggs.
Butter bread and cook with cheese like grilled cheese sandwich.
Pull bread apart and put eggs in.
Break up bacon and put on top of eggs.
Put bread back together and eat.
Lay out 4 slices of bread and top each with 1 1/2 slices of cheese.
Top cheese with bacon and onion.
Top each with 1 1/2 slices of cheese and bread.
Press down hard on each and prepare as you would a regular grilled cheese sandwich.
If you wish, tomato slices may be added.
