Whole Wheat Grilled Cheese Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices whole wheat bread
    1 slice Swiss cheese
    2 slices American cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Spread margarine on both sides of bread.
    In a skillet toast one side of bread.
    Remove bread from skillet.
    Place 1 slice of American cheese and 1/2 slice of Swiss cheese on toasted side of 2 slices of bread.
    Cover with toasted side of remaining 2 slices. Toasted sides of bread should be on the inside of sandwich. Return sandwich to skillet and toast on both sides until cheese melts.
    Makes two delicious grilled cheese sandwiches.
