Make pie filling using any fruit or berries, following recipe for regular pie.
Put into deep-dish bottom crust.
Pat 1/2 of 1 roll cookie dough in pan and bake as directed on package.
Use 1/2 dough for round pizza pan, all for 18 x 12-inch. Mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip, pineapple and coconut. Spread mixture on cooled cookie dough.
Spread strawberry pie filling or glaze on top of cream cheese mixture.
Add any fruit as desired.
Drain fruit if canned.
I use kiwi, apples, pears, pineapple, peaches, strawberries and maraschino cherries.

Bake by instructions
Grease a round pizza pan well.
Slice cookie dough 1/4\" and cover the pan with dough overlapping.
Bake as directed.
Slice the assorted fruit while cookie is baking.
Allow cookie to cool then spread cream cheese over dough.
Arrange fruit over cream cheese.
Glaze: combine orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and corn starch in a sauce pan.
Cook on low until thickened.
Once sauce is thickened allow to cool completely before pouring over fruit pizza.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
Press cookie dough out in a pizza pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 10 minutes.
Take out of oven and let cool.
Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Pour on cookie dough.
Mix together diced fruit with glaze.
Pour over cream cheese mixture.
Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Spread dough on pizza pan (may need to wet hands to spread evenly).
Bake according to directions on cookie package.

Roll out dough large enough for small pizza pan.
Bake according to package directions. Cool.
Beat shortening, sugar and egg together.
Stir in applesauce (just a little).
Add flour, salt, spices, soda and raisins.
Add as much candied fruit, dates and nuts as you wish for fruit cake. For the cake with all the fruit, line your loaf pans with wax paper and grease well.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
