Ingredients

1 roll sugar cookie dough
1 cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, peaches, kiwi, etc.)
apricot preserves
Preparation

Spread dough on pizza pan (may need to wet hands to spread evenly).
Bake according to directions on cookie package.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Spread over cooled cookie crust. Arrange cut fruit on top of cream cheese mixture.
Use pastry brush to spread apricot preserves on fruit as glaze.
Chill in refrigerator.
Cut and serve.
